Dukan

Ok, summer's coming, and we 're off to Maui soon. I can't help but think about bathingsuits. That brings up the dreaded moment of looking in the mirror and realizing that things do change.... I bought the Dukan diet book. Very interesting and it seems it may be worth trying. Anyone heard of this? I am not sure if ALL the French are thin but I mat test this one.

Spring and Floriade

Friday the weather was weird and winterlike, And then today it turned stunning!!!!

It made me me think about Holland and Floriade. Floriade is a horticultural event, held every 10 years. This year it is in Venlo, in the south. Wouldn't it be fun to hold a meeting here?

Photoshop exercise

I have been playing with photoshop and Nancy has been so kind to help me each time when I am stumped! I loved her photograph of the 4 sunsets. She sent me her sample to show my how she did this. Here is my little homework project!

Lack of Time

As always, my time is at a premium. Yet, there are so many great things to remember and looking at some of my pictures while I was taking a break from my homework, I came across this amazing clock in Tuscany. It brought back memories of a very wonderful trip.

 Time, valuable, at a premium, so, ......, remember and enjoy all the good times you have in life.

Old Barn

Today I drove to Barrie and on the way I saw this old barn. They intrigue me... I always wonder what antiques or treasures might be in there. I am playing with Photoshop Elements and managed to spruce this up a bit!
