I have been wanting to try Hot yoga for a while. Today I decided to give it a go!
Well, it was definitely hot, 105 degrees Fahrenheit.... But it was good and so I am going to try it for a while. It is interesting how you can actually get a bit used to the heat. Two thirds into the class I thought it was too much and then managed to change my focus and finish it. It heats up your muscles while you stretch. I felt good when I came out. So, I survived, which was my goal! Now on to learning more yoga movements:)
