Still losing

Still losing, weight that is... Down 10 lbs so far. Not one particulr one. LIke my cooking, it is a bit of this and a bit of that :). It's probably all the studying I am doing. No time to eat!

i think a lifestyle change in your diet is way better than anything else!
i gave up cream and sugar in my coffee(three a day and it adds up)

I can beat that. I used to take 4 sugars... :) and I LOVE chocolate!

Cutting sugar definitely makes a difference. Even all the fitness trainers I've been talking to at the gym. Says, need to cut out the sugar.
