A friend of mine indicated she had never seen a red wedding dress. I told her she clearly had never seen mine.... John and I got married in medieval style in 2001 in a beautiful old castle, from the year 1000 in Holland. I didn't want a white dress and in fact white was the colour of mourning then so, I chose red. My sister made this dress and you see a picture of all my brothers and sisters and mom and another one of my mom and I. There were 75 people and we all were dressed in the medieval style. So there you go, not as rare as you thought!

You look FABULOUS. I'm rekindling my affair with the Dutch, through you and the many Dutch people I have been meeting of late. We had Dutch boarders when I was very young and we all spoke Dutch, can't remember a word, too bad, wish I did.
