I have a new obsession: Mango Lassi. Have you ever had one? It is a drink of yoghurt with mango pureed through it. High in calcium, fiber and vitamin C among other things. I use frozen mango to make it a really refeshing drink. Try it, all you need is a blender, plain yoghurt and mango. DELICIOUS!!!
